Men, Women, Relationships: Men and Women Who Need Relationship Advice

Men, women, relationships, and intimacy will be the focus of this article. In this article, I will provide special advice targeted specifically to men and advice targeted specifically to women.  If this is a topic that is of no importance to you, feel free to stop reading now. Whether you are a man or a woman is not the key here.  What is important,however, is the specific relationship advice you give to each party. What most people do not understand is that in order to have a successful relationship you must meet the needs of your partner by learning what his or her needs are. And yes, men and women both have needs. Allow me to illustrate.

If you want to be happy together, you and your partner need to understand each other and how you think. Right now, you may have youth on your side, and you may even be thinking that whatever feels good at the time is in your best interest. The lucky ones among you have a good family life, with a mother who loves you and a father who is there to advise you and help you out when necessary. And if you are very lucky, you are a member of a family whose members communicate well with each other — and you know you can talk to them and listen to them.

There are some mistakes that I have made dozens of times. I wasn’t one of those people who grew up with a supportive family — no loving mother, no dad to lean on, nothing. I had no one to turn to when I messed something up. But it’s also true that no one gets credit for my successes and accomplishments but me. Ive learned that when it comes to picking your life partner, the choice isn’t as easy as you may think; in fact, it may be the most difficult decision you’ll ever make.

I wrote this because I see so many young people all around the world, especially in this country that need to know things about relationships. Mainly because I have two daughters, and I know one day they are going to want to marry someone. To the two of you, I can only say good luck. Believe it are not, women can indeed be far smarter than you, more cultured than you, and surpass you in almost every other way. I have realized that God has a sense of humor when I think about the vast differences in men and women.

There is no way around it, men have to put up with women, and women have to deal with men. And yet, we’re practically two separate species. Men and women differ in appearance, thought process, actions, and even voice. Men may be stronger typically, but women are smarter. I can hear the backlash now from all the men who are in disbelief that a woman could be smarter than them.  Well, the fact of the matter is, women have a greater capacity to learn than men. This difference is a non-issue, so let’s accept it and move on. Women don’t complain about the fact that men are smarter.

I tend to look at the world through a man’s point of view since I am, afterall, a man. But I also have two daughters and I have a pretty high opinion of women, both of which help me to view the world through their eyes. That’s why I believe that women and men need different types of relationship advice if they’re ever going to understand each other and get along. We’re simply very different creatures, so we have to adjust out thinking if we’re going to live happily together.
