For the guys out there thinking about purchasing this ebook, How To Become An Alpha Male, I have done a quick review of it.
Firstly, why is it such a common theme in the seduction community to be the alpha guy?
In the world of animals, the ones who get laid are the alpha males. Pretty much in short, alpha males get girls and if you want success with women you need to be more of an alpha male!
So how does one become an alpha male? There is a new ebook in the dating market titled “How To Become An Alpha Male” authored by John Alexander. In that book he teaches you the qualities that an alpha male possess so that you can develop the personality traits to get you the success with women that you want!
Here’s a quick look inside of the contents of the book, these are just the bits that I found interesting enough to point out:
- the importance of grooming and body language
- how to groom yourself so you are presentable
- how to ask questions in a seductive manner
- how to stop doig things to turn women off
- how to not kill a bar conversation
- how to be the alpha guy in any situation
- how to be an alpha male on the phone
I know a lot of these things sound silly and basic. Really, you have to ask yourself honestly, if you were getting all the success with women that you desired, would you be on a site like this?
Clearly not!

Having Trouble Approaching Women
So, do you want to learn how to approach women properly?
To handle the approach properly, you need to know how to deal with approach anxiety. So how do you do that? You need to change your mental state so that you will be satisfied with the fact that you completed the process of approaching and not worry too much about the outcome.
I know this sounds silly for men who use logic in their thinking, and approaching for the sake of the process may sound counter intuitive, but that’s because we think too much. You will find if you look to the reason causing the fear of the approach, it is because men are too concerned about the outcome. We as guys simply care too much about the outcome we don’t want such as being rejected.
If you change the way you think and just think to yourself so long you complete an approach properly, then you’re a success, it will make things a lot easier for you. This will make approaching women easier, because you don’t care about the outcome whatsoever and the fact of approaching her will make your actions successful! If you get a bonus, such as her number, then that’s fantastic!
If you do this, and take this mentality into other aspects of your dating life, you will realize that alot of self limiting beliefs are actually created by yourself and your desire to achieve a certain outcome. Once you change the focus to the process and not the outcome, you’ll succeed a lot more because you have no pressure.
Remember, the focus should be on the PROCESS and NOT the outcome!
Why do you want to put more pressure on yourself when there’s no need.
